PJSC “Kramatorsk Heavy Duty Machine Tool Building Plant” is one of leading manufacturers of machine-tool equipment.
The technique, qualified engineering staff of the company make possible to manufacture a wide range of up-to-date equipment, advanced machine models with the application of up-to-date components and numerical control systems as well as spare parts and equipment for metallurgy, metal mining industry, machine building and power industry.
The extensive reconstruction and modernization of production are carried out in the company. The up-to-date high-technology equipment is purchased – high-production machining centers of leading international manufacturers: milling machining centers TOS-KURIM model FRFQ 350-VR/A12 and WALDRICH SIEGEN model PF-H-125-150; milling-boring machining center MECOF model CS50; boring machining center PAMA model Speedram 2000; heavier-duty grinding machine type GIORIA OD/ID model R/163 – 5000 x 500 with CNC and other manufacturing equipment due to which PJSC has considerably enhanced its technological capabilities, that gives an opportunity to establish manufacturing of up-to-date wind turbines along with foreign partners.
PJSC “KZTS” production includes the following branches:
Mechanical assembly production enables to use high-performance technologies and to carry out machining of parts, machines and mechanisms of different classes and dimension types: turning, vertical turning, boring turning, jig boring, milling, gear milling, gear shaping, gear grinding, planing, slotting, grinding and drilling of holes. Machinery of the company includes equipment which makes possible to carry out turning of workpieces with diameter up to 4000 mm and length up to 20 m, grinding of workpieces with diameter 1000 mm and length up to 5000 mm. It is possible to process workpieces with diameter up to 5000 mm and height up to 2500 mm on vertical turning machines. Gear-milling machines make possible to carry out gear cutting up to 45 module. Foundry of mechanical assembly production manufactures shaped castings made of cast iron brands GG15, GG20, GG30 АЧС-1 weighing up to 12 ton; and up to 7,5 ton of cast iron ВЧ500-2, ЧХ 0.5. The company has a wide experience of manufacturing of cooling plates made of cast iron brand ЧХ 0.5 for blast-furnace lining. Also it is possible to manufacture castings made of bronze О5Ц5С5, А9Ж4Л, О10Ф1, О10Ф0.5 and aluminium AK7 weighing up to 100 kg. Pattern shop manufactures models of any complexity for production needs. The equipment of heat treatment and electrodeposit coating area enables to perform the following operations: annealing, normalization, gas carburizing, nitriding, HFC hardening, chemical oxidation, galvanization and chronium plating. Assemble-welding production manufactures a wide range of mid-size and large-size metal structures made of light-gage and heavy-gage sheet metal, round bar and rolled section, bent pipes and shells. A new assemble-welding line consisting of four-roll sheet bending machine < b> Faccin 4HEL/S3170 , unit for assembly and welding of shells PEMA 80000HTMLS and welding crane CAB 460C is installed within the scope of modernization.
